Today is a bad start of the week. I woke up at 5 in the morning, with my stomach feeling very pain. I think the pain has got something to do with my gastric. I took 2 pain killers and tried to get some sleep. However, I did not manage to sleep and so I went to work. Today is supposed to be a very busy day for me, or I should say this is a very busy week as the week is short. I need to compute OT claims, plan the may schedule, check thru the stock balance, and so on. I also have a complain case which I need to handle. With so many things on hand, I hope to complete as much as possible. Another important thing I need to resolve is a customer complain.
I am getting more and more tired. I can't say I am unhappy about my job, its just the people. I noticed that customers are getting more and more demanding. They think that they paid you money and they habe all the rights. They even have the right to demand you to send things to their house at 11 midnight.I am really getting sick and tired of all this. I must say I do like my job and I enjoy talking to people from all walks of life, which is why I am still holding to my job when my friends and siblings keep on telling me to move on. However recently, I am having doubts. The 3 most recent complain case which I handled did not ended up with the customer feeling happy. The customers are way too demanding. I really start to doubt my abilities. Or is it that customers are getting too demanding when they think that they pay you, so they must squeeze you dry. Why? Is it that everyone is studying too much until they think that customers are always right? No wonder lesser and lesser people wants to join our industry. Really really tired. I think I really need a good rest.
